Dr. Lauren Bramley


Dr. Lauren Bramley is the founder and managing director of Hong Kong-based Dr. Lauren Bramley & Partners medical practice and an innovative global leader in the field of anti-ageing medicine.

Dr. Bramley focuses on complete health for both individuals and their families. She takes a holistic approach to health, combining medicine, cutting-edge preventative testing, lifestyle and nutrition to ensure her clients live longer, healthier and better lives. She successfully combines western medicine with eastern understandings of nutrition, body balance and the power of natural healing for an all-encompassing approach to well-being. Dr. Bramley’s broad international experience has made her uniquely sensitive to the cultural and social differences of her clients, their health and suitable treatments.


Dr. Bramley has a special interest in anti-ageing medicine, endocrinology and achieving peak performance in athletes.

She moved to Hong Kong in 1996 and is a licensed Medical Doctor in the USA, Canada, Australia and Hong Kong. She received a Bachelor of Science (Biology / Psychology) from Dalhousie University and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of British Columbia, along with the Sandoz Scholarship for Excellence in Medicine; Neurology in 1994. 

She has appeared in numerous newspaper, magazine and television shows speaking about health and anti-ageing and appeared at TEDxVail in 2016.  

In 2010 she co-authored a book about nutrition for babies titled “The Baby's Table”.


Dr. Bramley has sub-specialised within her career by completing a Professional Diploma in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a fellowship of anti-ageing in Europe with Dr. Thierry Hertoghe, certification (honours) with the World Society of Antiaging Medicine (WOSAAM), board certification with The American Academy of Anti-Ageing Medicine (A4M), and advanced training in Preventive Genetic Diagnostics in Vienna, Austria. She regularly attends medical, anti-ageing and aesthetic medicine conferences worldwide and is committed to continued medical education retaining a fellow of The Canadian College of Family Physicians while practicing abroad.

In 2016, Dr. Bramley received her professional certification with the American Cosmetic Cellular Medicine Association to perform the Vampire Breast-lift and Face-lift, and the Priapus Shot.
