to Psychological Wellness

We approach health as a holistic goal that includes mental health as well as Psychological Wellness. We work to prevent and treat mental health in our clients, remaining sensitive to their personal cultural and social situations. Our practitioners pay close attention to the daily lifestyles of clients and combine medical treatments as well as counselling and other services to treat stress. In addition to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, pregnancy-related mental health issues and dementia, as well as mental illnesses of varying degrees.

Consultation and counselling services are available by our mental health professionals with various types of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Skype sessions are available for those unable to attend in person.
